Meditation helps us develop concentration and calmness to break through into a deeper understanding of reality's nature. It also facilitates reflection practice, giving us insight into our thoughts and aspirations.

REBALANCE

By synchronizing breath and movement, we allow the energy to flow. Yoga rebalances the mind, body, and spirit, enhancing your quality of life. The beauty is that it is accessible to everyone. I offer Hatha, Slow Flow, Yin & Grief Movement classes.

One on one lessons provide the time and space to individualize your practice. I can develop a personal approach so you learn how to listen to what your body needs in the moment and together we will find what is useful for you, addressing specific health issues or injuries.

RECONNECT

I have learned to move through the pain of grief by blending movement, breath, and sound to release challenging emotions and reconnect back to love. The path of healing may be unique, but you are never alone.
