Sharing yoga is my dharma. By holding space for your practice, my intention is to help you experience benefits such as strength, openness and stability. But most importantly, I am passionate about creating a safe space for you to quiet your mind, connect to your heart, and move mindfully through your life path.

ONE-TO-ONE YOGA SESSIONS & PERSONALISED GROUP SESSIONS

I offer private yoga in Queenstown and Wanaka, New Zealand, as well as online. If you would like to practice in the comfort of your own home or benefit from the beautiful house/apartment you are staying in, I can come to you!

You can choose one-to-one classes or personalised group sessions. Give yourself the time to care for your body before or after a day up on the mountain, or a big event, such as a wedding, hen's party or Christmas function. You'll find yourself (and your guests) feeling great & wake up ready to make the most of the day ahead.

Having a chance to add a yoga practice in the most beautiful surroundings can really make your holiday! And I can tailor it uniquely to you. So, treat yourself!

How to stay strong and be courageous when you feel emotionally broken and in pain? Yoga for grief can help you go within and tap into the infinite internal resources of strength and wisdom we all have. Through movement, meditation, and sound, I intend to offer you some tools to cope, manage, and give you some strength to move forward at your own pace.
